The HS-40A Cutter Suction Dredger is built for dredging operation at Bosten Lake area in this province. After the construction and commissioning of the dredger in Hansel workshop, the dredger is dismantled in parts and be transported by trucks across the whole country, from South-East to North-West, about 4000km on road.
Xinjiang Province, located in the North-West of China, is the largest province of China, which borders on Central Asian countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Russia, Mongolia and Pakistan.
Finally, the HS-40A cutter suction dredger arrived at the destination in the middle of June 2020. Hansel engineers will continue their job to assembly, launching and commissioning of the dredger at the dredging field.
